Saray is an ICF certified executive coach, an award-winning Mountaineer, expedition leader, an author with over 25 years of experience in some of South Africa’s leading financial institutions as a negotiator, eCommerce, and Loyalty Specialist. she provides world-class, results oriented transformational Coaching to executives, entrepreneurs, and business professionals all over the world.
As a certified Clifton Strength Finder coach, she will enable you to realise your organisational and personal leadership objectives. She offer face to face in-person and virtual coaching using various platforms.
Being an expedition leader who has pushed limits and scaled some of the highest peaks around the world, she combines her mountaineering experience with the extensive corporate leadership experience to support you as you move from where you are to where you deserve to be and consistently achieves results.
Some of the focus areas are understanding own strength, peak performance, leadership, innovation and managing transitions. During her time in corporate she was responsible for launching the first virtual vouchers in South Africa and was part of the eBucks team responsible for bringing Pay Pal to South Africa among other innovative projects.

Saray offers both individual and team transformational programmes that incorporate the Gallup Strength technique, which starts off with “understanding the why.” The “Why’ of any organisation determines the vision and purpose. When leaders and teams are aligned on the “Why”, it is only a matter of time before the business rises above the clouds of change and thrives! The methodology that has been built into the programme will guide individuals and teams from their basic understanding of where they are and take them towards the organisation’s big goals.
It is based on a mountain climber’s journey from sea level to the top of the world guided by a Sherpa. In her role as a Coach in this field, Saray plays the role of a Sherpa, helping organisations work their way up to extraordinary heights.
